Alisa King, APRN, CNM, CLC, is teaching an informational class* about breastfeeding and hand expression for current patients in their third trimester. Participants will also talk about pumping and what to expect in labor. Alisa said it's helpful for women to come together in a class setting because they learn from each other's questions.
The class is FREE for patients of our Nacogdoches, Lufkin and Rusk offices. No RSVP is required.
Who Should Attend: Patients in their third trimester
When: 2nd Monday of each month
"I feel like women find it helpful to attend in a class setting because we learn so much from each other's questions," Alisa said.
